Advanced Decision Vectors, LLC (ADV), established in 2009, to provide superior program management, program support, strategic planning, and systems engineering to the Federal and Commercial sectors. Located in Alexandria, VA, ADV is a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) 8(a) that has roots established in the Department of Defense and support agencies. The management of a variety of DoD programs has given ADV the experience in working with agencies ranging from the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Department of the Army, to the U.S. Department of Transportation. Throughout the management of these programs we hold paramount our customers'? mission and vision in completing the strategic development, implementation, and sustainment of complex programs and networks.
