Analytics
Analytics is about synthesizing all forms of data to make informed decisions on critical issues. With the explosion of data sources available it is essential that we understand trends and turn these very large and disparate data sets of information into actionable intelligence. This requires a combination of technical skills, the right tools, and critical thinking.
Cyber
Our cyber security practitioners work to enhance visibility into an attack and enrich an analyst’s understanding of an adversary’s tactics, techniques and procedures. Engineering
Our experience includes running multiple 100+ FTE SE&I contracts across multiple IC agencies. Working across the systems and software lifecycle, Intelligent Shift supports your end-to-end engineering needs. We’ve managed User needs development all the way through initial operations for complex software and large hardware systems such as national satellites. Whether you need experts to improve your test planning or a complete overhaul of your governance processes, Intelligent Shift has engineers ready to find a better way.
Software Development
Software development is in our blood. All three of our founders started their career as software developers. In the IC, software engineers are in high demand. As such, many companies will hire anyone who can spell JAVA or Rails. At Intelligent Shift, we know better and care more. First, we select practioners through our rigorous process. Second, even those deployed into your space and program are still never alone. We review progress regularly and make all company resources available to solve problems.

Paternity & Maternity Leave
After working full time for six months, new mothers receive six weeks fully paid leave. Vacation Flex Program target hours are reduced by the amount of time on maternity leave. New fathers receive a one week reduction to their hours target for the year.
