Company Benefits Medical Benefits-PSS provides group insurance programs covering medical, vision, and dental care. Employee contribution for group insurance coverage may carry based on the contract to which the employee is assigned. 401K Retirement Plan-Employees can choose from a wide selection of mutual funds and target date funds to best match their retirement timeline, risk tolerance, and investment strategy. Life and Short & Long Term Disability Plans-PSS offers a company funded life insurance policy on all employees. The policy provides coverage for the employee only, up to the basic annual salary, with a maximum payout amount. Paid Time Off (PTO)-Leave accrual is provided to regular full-time employees and starts upon employment with PSS. Annual Paid Holidays- PSS provides designated paid holidays each year to regular full-time employees. All PSS holidays are to be taken on the date which PSS observes the holiday.
