Description
•Provide information security Assessment and Authorization (A&A) support throughout the lifecycle of NRO programs.•Collaborate with Contractor and Government systems processing NRO information to ensure compliance with security standards and protocols.•Review and recommend vulnerability and risk levels associated with software and hardware products.•Provide basic IA support to SCA Level 2 –4 personnel in the conduct of assessment actions.•Coordinate with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) for any proposed personnel who do not meet desired qualifications.•Perform information systems A&A as defined in applicable Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) and guidance.•Develop and implement security-related directives and guidance for IA/IT/IM.•Utilize risk management strategies for information technology solutions.•Understand emerging technologies and their implementation within Government system and network environments.•Apply knowledge of information technology concepts in evaluating security performance and integrity of applications, communications systems, hardware, software, satellite control systems, and information processing systems.•Coordinate A&A activities of industry and Government information systems to meet acquisition milestone requirements.•Write effective technical reports and general correspondence.

Skills
Qualifications: BS with 3yrs exp., High School/GED with 5yrs exp., Associate's with 4yrs, or Master's with 2yrs. Experience in technical project management & performing information systems A&A. Skilled in developing security directives, risk management, and coordinating A&A activities. Strong understanding of emerging technologies and IT security concepts, with effective technical writing abilities.
