Description
Join a team of System and Software Engineers responsible for repository systems and service products. In this role, you will primarily focus on systems, hardware, and software engineering, providing technical direction for the development, engineering, integration, and testing of complex hardware/software systems. Your responsibilities will include requirements analysis, system architecture development, testing and validation, troubleshooting, and end-to-end data flow analysis.
Responsibilities: Perform and provide technical direction for the development, engineering, integration, and testing of complex hardware/software systems. Engage in requirements elicitation, analysis, and functional allocation to ensure alignment with project objectives. Conduct systems requirements reviews and develop concepts of operation and interface standards. Develop system architectures to meet project requirements and specifications. Test and validate system requirements to ensure functionality and performance. Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective resolutions to technical challenges. Perform both technical and non-technical assessment and management activities. Conduct end-to-end data flow analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers and stakeholders to ensure project success. Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex engineering problems. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in systems engineering.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Experience in systems, hardware, or software engineering roles. Proficiency in requirements elicitation, analysis, and system architecture development. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
Desired: Experience with testing and validation of hardware/software systems. Knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies and techniques. Familiarity with end-to-end data flow analysis.
