Recently awarded program that delivers a wide set of capabilities across the enterprise. This program encompasses data management, data delivery, high ingest rate cloud architectures, and analytic platforms. As an ISSE, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of computing environments, performing technical security assessments, and recommending mitigation strategies to address vulnerabilities and non-compliance with established Information Assurance (IA) standards and regulations. This position offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge programs with a focus on security and information assurance.
Responsibilities: Perform or review technical security assessments of computing environments to identify vulnerabilities and non-compliance with IA standards and regulations. Provide security planning, assessment, risk analysis, and risk management to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information. Design system or network architectures encompassing multiple enclaves with differing data protection/classification requirements. Recommend system-level solutions to resolve security requirements and ensure compliance with established standards. Support the Government in enforcing the design and implementation of trusted relationships among external systems and architectures.
Requirements: Fourteen (14) years of experience as an ISSE on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university. Four (4) years of ISSE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. DoD 8570.01-M compliance with IASAE Level 2, (CISSP Certification). Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
