Culmen International is hiring a R&D Program Analyst to work onsite in Springfield, VA.

Roles & Responsibilities
Support an organization with the unique focus of leading GEOINT research. Responsible for performing scientific research and transitioning innovative concepts and capabilities to hard problems. Support staff who can assist in the day-to-day coordination and data management that support these activities.



Assist Technical Office Directors and Pods in forecasting, tracking, and updating the commitments, obligations, and expenditure data of R&D.
Must have knowledge and experience with SOW's, contracts, agreements and program documentation.
Must have knowledge of Technology Transfer Agreements.
Must have knowledge of Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA).
Must have knowledge in Education Partnership Agreements (EPAs), and Partnership Intermediary Agreements (PIAs).
Employ knowledge of R&D policies in planning, programming, and budgeting activities.
Generate custom ad hoc financial reports to provide data for presentations, meetings, briefings, suspenses, and any other requirements needing financial data.
Coordinate with other national program managers and setup and facilitate technical exchange meetings.
Support the Government lead in the execution of their duties related to the governance of the international Government to Government relationships, including but not limited to support to senior/executive meetings, preparation of read-ahead materials, the drafting of briefings or papers, international travel, and occasional non-standard work hours to attend meetings across several time zones.
Attend staff meetings, technical reviews, working groups, kick-offs, VTCs/telecoms, management reviews, etc.

Basic Qualifications
10+ years’ experience in working in all areas of Research and Development.
Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (technical) or Bachelor’s Degree that consisted of 36 credit hours in technical curriculum
Willingness to sit for a CI Poly

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a technical field
Prior or current experience working with a research and development organization or government agency
