What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for executing the National Security business units largest and most critical initiatives.
You'll lead both organic and new business growth within all National Security BU working closely with the business development and capture teams.
You will collaborate with Growth and BU leadership to develop and execute capture strategies that will secure new business wins.
You'll provide mentorship and leadership to Project and Program Managers
You'll interface with highly visible Government agency customers.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field
Experience delivering a full range of IT support services, including development and modernization using Human-Centered Design (HCD), Agile, and DevSecOps; and operations and maintenance for mission applications (on-premises and cloud environments)
Extensive experience supporting National Security and/or Intelligence Community customers (e.g.,DOS, DHS, or DIA)
Experience managing a large portfolio of IT programs of $100M or larger.
Expert level organizational and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interface effectively via written and oral forums with all levels of government
Demonstrated experience and understanding of business development, capture, and proposal development.
An active TS/SCI security clearance or higher
