The Boeing Company’s Business Support Services is currently seeking an Experienced Staff Analyst (Department Admin) to join their team in Everett, WA!

Qualified candidates must demonstrate a great working relationship with peers, senior leaders and executives using collaboration, communication and people skills as well as discretion and initiative. Primary responsibilities include facilitation and organization of team meeting, creation of management presentations, data collection and analysis, communication. Additionally, working with executives at various levels, flexibility to support various time zones, ability to work within a team independently, and effective time management skills.

Primary Responsibilities:   

  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.

  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.

  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.

  • Delivers informational or technical materials.

  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.

  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.

  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.

  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.

  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. Develops and deploys localized training content.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 1+ Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

  • 1+ Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.(Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project)

  • 1+ Experience with facilitating the meetings and presenting to senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ Experience in building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly.

  • 1+ Ability to clearly communicate at the Senior Executive Level.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
