Boeing Government Security is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Industrial Security Analyst to join their team in El Segundo, CA.

As a Senior Industrial Security Analyst, you will work with staff members to coordinate and implement US Industrial Security Standards as outlined in the National Industrial Security Program Manual (NISPOM), the DoD Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Administrative Security Manual, Special Access Program (SAP) Security rules and/or other authoritative sources of security regulations. You will ensure programmatic security posture is aligned with all applicable regulations.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Implements Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements

  • Identifies deficiencies, develops and implements corrective action

  • Communicates results to security management and customers

  • Conducts Administrative Inquiries on personnel, processes and situations in accordance with established operating procedures to resolve level and scope of non-compliance with government and company regulations/requirements

  • Communicates results to security management and customers

  • Conducts Communication Security (COMSEC) duties and responsibilities (including inventory, distribution and destruction), in compliance with government regulations/requirements

  • Protects government, intellectual, third party and company information from unauthorized disclosures

  • Develops, implements and coordinates an Operational Security program, security education, procedures and physical controls to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements on large and/or sophisticated programs

  • Leads and performs Personnel Security team and/or processes to assist in acquiring individual security clearances/accesses for sophisticated customer requirements

  • Establishes and implements a security awareness training and education program to educate, refresh, and empower personnel to protect people, property and information

  • Performs Physical Security duties and responsibilities within Boeing facilities to ensure compliance with company and government regulations/requirements

  • Performs Sub-Contractor Management to ensure compliance with government regulations/requirements

  • Communicates results to security management and customers

  • Participates, as requested, on enterprise Integrated Product Team (IPT)

This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in personnel security administration, physical security, communications security and/or other programmatic security-related field

  • Ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Programs (SAP)

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government polygraph

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

  • 5+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI

  • 5+ years of experience working with Director of Central Intelligence Directives (DCID) and/or Intelligence Community Directives (ICD)

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

  • CDSE, NSTI/SASSI or other Professional Certification in SAP Security, SCI Administration, ICD-705, JSIG/RMF, COMSEC, or related security certifications

  • Experience working in an SCI/SAP/Aerospace security/intelligence community environment

  • Experience with NISPOM and DoD SAP Manuals

  • Ability to perform occasional second-shift or after-hours work schedules to accommodate program operations  

  • Ability to maintain positive working relationship with internal and external customers

Typical Education & Experience:

Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: $97,600 - $140,300
