Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is looking for a Mid-Level Estimating and Pricing Specialist to join our team in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania. This role will be supporting the H-47, MH-139, V-22 programs. This position will support the pricing and proposal integration activities.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops estimates and prices from technical requirements through the design, build, and aftermarket support stages of the program.
• Develops, prepares and validates estimates and prices.
• Evaluates requests for proposal, substantiates estimates/pricing and assembles price proposals. Develops estimating and pricing methods.
• Evaluates and develops business cases.
• Performs analyses and provides recommendations in support of pricing/estimating (risk, financial, competitive, etc.).
• Develops and maintains pricing models.
• Incorporates data into and maintains structured systems and coordinates program database requirements.
• Develops/applies/maintains rates and factors for estimating, pricing and proposals.
• Performs compliance activities including policy and procedure development, system/tool deployment and training delivery.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Estimating and Pricing and/or Procurement Financial Analysis
• Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with Data Analytics
• Experience with Risk Analysis
• Experience working with cross functional teams
• Experience working under pressure in a fast paced role with strict deadlines
• Experience presenting to senior management

Typical Education/Experience: 
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
