The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Mid-Level Data and Project Specialist to join the BDS Software Engineering core team located in Berkeley, MO.  This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization.

This position will lead and support core projects for this new organization and the engineers it supports.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops, documents, implements, and consultation on the application  and compliance with  engineering processes and standards
• Coordinates changes, performs assessments of compliance and manages the implementation of product standards across divisions and programs
• Develops, maintains and distributes engineering documents, reports and correspondence to enable business activity
• Leads projects to Collect, analyze and validate engineering performance metrics and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needs
• Works under general direction

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:

This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.  Ability to obtain Secret US Security clearance (Post-Start)

Required Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

• Experience with data gathering, representation and visualization using tools like Excel and Tableau
• Experience leading projects across multiple teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with Adaptive Planning

Typical Education/Experience:

• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Travel:  Travel will not be required
