Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Level 4) to join our Integrated Planning & Scheduling team. In this highly visible role that rolls up to the Program Management function, the focus will be on supporting a variety of Production as well as proposal & development programs to include AWACS and others across BGS lines of business.

Position Responsibilities

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains plans and schedules for very complex projects, programs, and change driven activities.

  • Leads in studies/analysis and planning efforts within and/or across programs/projects, organizations or business units to determine impacts, constraints, and plans involving product development, process improvement, or program initiatives.

  • Provides analysis and product development initiatives for manufacturing, program and support organizations.

  • Develops and establishes lead time requirements and identifies production constraints.

  • Supports program planning requests for the development of new and derivative products.

  • Leads, directs, facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners.

  • Develops project plans for realigning work statement to support production requirements and meet company strategy for work placement.

  • Provides coaching, mentoring and leadership to lower level employees.

  • Provides subject matter expertise in the development, implementation and training of processes and tools

This is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at Oklahoma City, OK.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Experience in a role requiring project / program management skills

  • Experience creating and delivering presentations

  • Experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, Primavera etc.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Aerospace or defense industry scheduling experience

  • PMP and/or Scheduling Professional certification

  • Experience working with cross functional and geographically diverse teams

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:
