The Boeing Company is looking for a Global Engagement Operations Support Manager to join our team in Seattle, WA.  This role will support Global Engagement Data Analytics and Operational activities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages and integrates organization activities for creating effective methods to collect, extract, and analyze data from multiple sources and applications to provide actionable and evidenced based decisions

  • Leads processes to oversee activities and metrics related to the Global Engagement support operations in direct support of flight operations and company objectives

  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals

  • Acquires resources for Global Engagement data analytics and operations projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with Global Engagement business partners, customers, and stakeholders

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes to successfully achieve Global Engagement data analytics and operations goals and objectives

  • Manages, develops, and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 1+ years of work experience in flight operations

  • 1+ years of experience leading a cross-functional team

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Master’s degree or higher

  • Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI

Relocation:
