We are seeking a Senior-Level Facilities General Analyst, (Level 4) within our Facilities and Asset Management (F&AM)team. You will be a member of the Renton Conservation Team in Renton, WA.

In this position, you will primarily serve as F&AM - Renton Branch General Analyst, as a member of the Renton Conservation Team, in support of Building & Infrastructure leadership and maintenance teams supporting the Renton branch site. This position supports the development of Utility forecast, utility reduction plans and the Energy Lean Events as they develop.  You will support the facilitates team to ensure a detailed understanding of the organization’s needs, requirements and the continuous improvement of Project Implementation and Maintenance processes through One BPS. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop contract specifications for supplier goods and services and relevant documents. Interacts with suppliers and buyers. Facilitates team relationships to ensure a thorough understanding of the organization's needs and requirements and the continuous improvement of contractual processes.

  • Generates plans, acquires materials, and schedules services for facilities activities. Creates and deploys schedules based on system, customer, and regulatory requirements. Communicates with internal and external suppliers and customers to coordinate scheduled activities.

  • May research open jobs and validate and confirm availability of labor and non-labor resources (e.g., tools, parts) and assets (e.g., machinery, building, equipment) in order to meet routine or sophisticated customer service requests, acquisition and modification of assets, government requirements (e.g., environment, safety), and planned maintenance activities.

  • Leads efforts to review, create, improve, and document processes and procedures related to facilities operations. Leads or participates in meetings with other organizations such as SHEA, S & MP, Document Control, Legal, Security and Fire, IT) to build and validate processes.

  • Uses project management tools and industry-recognized concepts to develop scope of work, budget, and schedules to achieve desired outcomes on time and within budget. Defines, designs, and plans the project. May coordinate and lead the project team. Takes a lead role in collecting data from various systems to perform analysis. Identifies and analyzes deficiencies. Analyzes trend data to find opportunities for improvement and to develop resolution plans for buildings, equipment, systems, processes, and procedures.

  • Makes recommendations and implements improvements. Supports research efforts or independently conducts studies using multifaceted media (such as financial data, internet, reports, benchmarking studies, new technology, etc.) for resolving feasibility, viability, or capability in support of a program, project or customer request.

  • Prepares and presents reports explaining options, impact, and recommendations. Receives internal and external customer requests for services or goods related to buildings, equipment, and systems. Coordinates the processing of sophisticated or outstanding requests to meet customer needs. Provides general technical support and troubleshooting assistance for various facilities hardware, software, systems, or processes. Ensures that configuration control is maintained for data, processes, equipment, and documents.

?This position is expected to be 100% onsite at Renton, WA.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience performing data analysis and/or reporting

  • 3+ years of experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • 3+ years of experience with PowerPoint and creating presentations

  • 1+ years of experience leading and managing projects

  • Experience partnering and working with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

  • Experience facilitating workshops

  • Experience using professional written and verbal communication skills to achieve deliverables

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Maximo and understanding of ODBC connectivity

  • 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

  • Experience using professional written and verbal communication skills to achieve deliverables

  • Experience with facilities project management or construction management

  • Experience with designing, building and deploying custom data reports with SSRS, Crystal Report, Tableau, and similar report development

  • SQL and Visual Basic experience


Typical Education and Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)

Relocation:
