The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), Product Development (PD) Design Support organization has an exciting opportunity for a proactive Expert Staff Analyst to join the Product Development Business Operations team in Everett, WA!

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively operate in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment, with ability to comfortably adapt/pivot, as required. This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the above listed location.

This position will focus on supporting the Product Development Business Operations team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
  • Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations.
  • Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture.
  • Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs).
  • Develops executive level briefings.
  • Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
  • Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status.
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
  • Leads the development and deployment of training content.
  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 3 or more years’ of experience interfacing with and supporting senior and executive leadership.
  • 3 or more years’ of experience in working with cross-functional teams.
  • 3 or more years’ of experience in creating executive level briefings.
  • 3 or more years’ of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 5 or more years’ of experience interfacing with and supporting senior and executive leadership.
  • 5 or more years’ of experience in communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership.
  • 3 or more years’ of experience in advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Embraces global and cultural diversity and builds positive relationships.
  • Highly organized.
  • Strategic thinker.

Typical Education/Experience:

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
