The Mobility and Surveillance (M&S) Product Security Engineering Capability is seeking Product Security Analyst  (Level 5) to support Product Security Engineering activities on Boeing programs in Oklahoma City, OK. Programs include, AWACS, AEW&C, Tankers and ETS&S and proprietary activities. Please note that this role is not an IT cybersecurity role but is, instead, an engineering position ensuring that we meet our customer requirements to develop secure platforms to enable the safety of our warfighters and mission success.

Successful candidates will have diverse interests and experience to help apply different lenses on our product architectures to ensure the integrity and security of our Boeing products. While a candidate with a cybersecurity engineering background is a plus, it is not required to be considered for this position.

We are looking for strong “systems of systems” thinkers and natural integrators/testers. We are seeking engineers with robust educational and/or experiential backgrounds in fields including – but not limited to – Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Avionics, Mission Systems, and/or Cybersecurity. Candidates who aspire to learn in-demand engineering skills in a rapidly growing field are encouraged to apply.

Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.  Employee must possess or be willing to obtain passport.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with engineering and non-engineering stakeholders (including DOD customers & suppliers) and industry subject matter experts.

  • Technical Leadership

  • Integrating security into our system architectures and designs

  • Performing cybersecurity risk assessments

  • Managing the cybersecurity risk of our supply chain

  • Ensuring the security of delivered Boeing software

  • Requirements/specification development, allocation and verification

  • Test procedure development, test execution and/or problem resolution

  • Technical documentation development to meet contractual deliverable requirements

Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.  An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret clearance Post Start is required.

Basic Qualifications: (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry

  • At least 15 years of experience with Systems Security, Product Security Engineering or a related field

Preferred Qualifications: (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with avionics systems 

  • Experience in requirements analysis

  • Experience monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.

  • Experience with military aircraft systems

  • Security+ certification (or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of starting)

  • CISSP certification

  • Current security clearance of Secret or higher

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard
