Supply Chain Functional Excellence Operational Efficiency (BCA) Organization located in Everett, WA is looking for a Master Planner Supply Chain Analyst. This individual will develop advanced concepts, isolate opportunities, establish integration plans, and determine the best method for implementing organizational efficiencies, inventory optimization enhancements, data integrity solutions, productivity expansions and rate readiness advances.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide data analysis using techniques from a range of disciplines, to describe, predict, and help supply chain make effective business decisions that improves business performance.
  • Informs supply chain of production, distribution and warehousing decisions to effectively integrate plans involving systems and teams.
  • Lead teams to execute business decisions, initiate own assignments and benchmarks industry practices.
  • Resolve problems along with make improvements associated with inventory, demand planning and system integrity.
  • Advance, execute and maintain tools as well as techniques required to evaluate impact of proposed schedule changes.
  • Analyze situations to synchronize production, storage and transport with demand requirements.
  • Serve as organization spokesperson to communicate information across supply chain and throughout the enterprise by integrating and aligning processes, procedures and practices with multiple organizations to effectively execute.
  • Perform data analysis to report actual results against Master Production Schedule.
  • Develop recommendations and/ or implements solutions by completing value stream data analysis in support of programs, organizations, and multiple business units.
  • Progress advanced technological ideas and guides the development to completion to enhance the organization's capability. 
  • Coordinate and authorize release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability.
  • Implement and maintain process improvements and standard work, by analyzing and establishing best practices for Supply Chain to improve performance.
  • Lead incorporation of change and planning decision to arrive at optimal solutions.
  • Verify and incorporate engineering, and production schedules into supply chain operating plans.
  • Collaborate with supply chain business units, and other functions within the value stream to achieves goals and objectives and establish standards.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate may be required to work onsite at the Everett, WA site.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • 5+ years of experience do you have developing or managing supply chain analytics or strategies.
    • 5+ years of experience do you have with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products).
    • 3+ years of experience do you have in leading others and directing all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry.

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • Familiarity with Velocity, CMES and PDM systems
    • Supply Chain system implementation
    • New airplane program start ups Education/Experience:
    •  (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Understanding of all purchase order methods and functionality
    • Involvement interpreting Bill of Materials
    • Strong communication skills
    • Know-how to build and produce executive reporting metrics and presentation material

    Relocation:
