The Boeing Company is seeking Enterprise Onboarding Team Specialists to lead teams around the globe.

We are seeking someone who is energized by learning, inspired by building improved processes and solutions, is a uniquely motivated self-starter, and consistently motivates others to action, leading by example. The ideal candidate will work well with people across organizations with varying backgrounds and experience to gather information, make decisions/recommendations and drive improvements.

The team leads are a core member of the Onboarding Organization and demonstrate extraordinary drive and initiative. The goal is to build world class employee onboarding from the employee experience to the ease of information so managers can be prepared for their new employee. Position Responsibilities:

  • Train and lead new Onboarding Specialists who are the point of contact for all candidates once they accept an offer to their first day

  • Assign candidates and workloads to their team

  • Manage productivity metrics and candidate experience for their team

  • Mentor team members

  • Handle escalations and regularly communicate with senior leadership

  • Ensure team compliance with Boeing policies, procedures and requirements as it pertains to your role

  • Become familiar with current team processes and continuously looks to make improvements in partnership with the broader team

  • Leverage company resources to work efficiently by developing a general understanding of Boeing information available and building a professional network

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Seattle, Washington.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role

  • 3+ years of experience in a previous role where meticulous attention to detail, with emphasis on accuracy and quality was paramount

  • 3+ years of experience building and maintaining professional relationships

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with Workday

  • 3+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleague

  • Experience with Tableau

  • Experience implementing employee onboarding processes and process improvements

Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience.  Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $61,110 - $113,490
