The Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) is seeking an energetic and results oriented Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Everett, WA. This leader will be responsible for maintaining and growing the internal supply chain organization in support of 737 rate ramp up. They will be forward thinking with a strong lean manufacturing background.

This role requires a reliable and competent professional who possesses the ability to work well across diverse groups while collaborating beyond organizational boundaries. They will rely heavily on data and analysis to solve problems and drive decisions. They will use tenacity to effectively implement solutions in an ever-evolving environment. They are able to see the big picture while working in a fast-paced organization. They use their knowledge to meet materials management goals and our BCA production customers’ expectations. They translate strategic goals into tactical actions. They have a demonstrated ability to lead teams and can communicate with all levels of stakeholders, from the shop floor to our customers.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages, develops, motivates and integrates employee and first-level manager activities across more than one area in materials management and transportation.

  • Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures.

  • Provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.

  • Acquires resources for department activities

  • Provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations in a production environment.

  • 3+ years leading or managing a team in a formal leadership role.

  • 3+ years of experience with process improvement and lean manufacturing.

  • 5+ years in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships, and high proficiency in written and verbal communication.

  • Experience leading teams to execute to safety, quality, delivery & cost commitments, and targets.

  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 5+ years of industry experience in freight logistics modes and service levels.

  • 5+ years supporting a manufacturing environment.

Summary pay range: $139,400 – $191,880
