Job Description

Boeing Corporate Audit is currently seeking a Associate Information Technology Auditor (Virtual) to join the team based in Chicago, IL, in a virtual capacity.

A successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of IT technology and a deep understanding and drive for what it takes to successfully problem solve and manage a diverse statement of work in an ever changing business environment.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Planning and conducting domestic and international audit engagements in accordance with the internal audit program

  • Identifying risks and process deficiencies of IT solutions and/or processes

  • Managing delivery of audit projects

  • Managing staff auditors during audits

  • Staying abreast of best practices and regulatory requirements

  • Communicating with and educating process owners on the importance of controls, an effective control environment, and the role of Internal Audit

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Chicago, IL.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience using IT technologies (e.g. Cloud Computing, Network Architectures, Software Development, Windows Operating Systems, SQL/Oracle Databases, Financial Applications, etc.) and related risks

  • Experience in IT Audit

  • Experience with SAP Security and/or SAP GRC

  • Experience with SoD (Segregation of Duties) analysis

  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally 30% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ year of experience in IT Audit

  • 3+ years of experience with SAP Security and/or SAP GRC

  • Strong problem solving skills, be self-directed and capable of working with minimal supervision

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers

  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and commitment to pro-active review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery and support

  • Understanding of basic Accounting and Finance

  • Experience with SAP Authorization Concepts

  • Bachelors of Science in Information Systems or Computer Science

  • CISSP, CISA and/or CIA designations

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: 77,000 –138,000
