Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-level Systems Integration Specialist to support the 747/767/777 Fulfillment Organization in Everett, Washington. As a Systems Integration Specialist you will lead your team to investigate, prioritize, develop, and implement productivity solutions in alignment with the Boeing Production System. As a member of the 747/767/777 Fulfillment Organization, you will lead your agile team to build products/processes from existing customer ideas and help develop new ideas based on your industry experience and customers feedback. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the aim to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time with our internal customers to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for them. Primary Responsibilities: Captures, interprets and integrates business information requirements and coordinates change activities. Recommends and implements business architecture based upon information requirements. Monitors and performs quality control actions relating to business information. Develops, governs, and enhances information dashboards and reports. Recommends and implements system readiness testing. Administers and monitors systems post-implementation. Performs project management tasks related to business information integration activities. Manages system changes and integration efforts. Provides end-user support to include immediate system/data guidance, FAQ management, issue analysis, and training design and delivery. Performs data/database maintenance. Works under general direction.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3 or more years’ experience using SQL. 1 or more years’ experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience): Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.). Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
