The Ground and Training Systems team is currently looking for a Mid-Level Systems Engineering Support Analyst to join the Hardware Design, Manufacturing, and Operations (HDMO) team in Oklahoma City, OK. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization. In this role, the successful candidate will contribute to the engineering design and manufacturing efforts for multiple programs in support of E-3, E-7, and B-52.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Represent the GSTS HDMO Team in Program meetings for multiple platforms and programs.
  • Maintain updated HDMO Team Earned Value Management status and deliverables for all supported contracts.
  • Develop and manage Work Packages for new and existing contracts, and represent HDMO Team through program stand-up activities.
  • Monitor and manage HDMO Team budget usage throughout engineering lifecycle and program activities.
  • Develop Basis of Estimate (BOEs) and create successful baselines for new contract proposals.
  • Integrate HDMO Team with Ground Systems IPTs, external IPTs, and Project Leads/Program Management to ensure proactive communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Document HDMO Team processes. Work with team members, leads, management to identify and realize efficiencies and best practices.

Security Clearance:

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Export Control Requirement:

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience developing engineering processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or higher.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Hold an active U.S. Security Clearance in the past 24 months.
  • Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM).
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) silver medallion or higher.

Typical Education:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Hybrid:

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform at a minimum two days per week work onsite at our Oklahoma City Location.

Shift – This position is for 1st shift
