The Boeing Company’s Business Support Services is currently seeking a senior Staff Analyst to join their team in Everett, WA!

Primary Responsibilities:            

  • Develop plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
  • Review and evaluate strategic organizational issues and identify implementation recommendations
  • Coordinate weekly leadership meetings and create reports for management distribution
  • Coordinate with finance to ensure 777 Systems SOW inputs are meeting the Long Range Business Plan commitments and schedule.
  • Analyze and summarize data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs)
  • Develop executive and Senior Manager level briefings
  • Lead the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitor and track execution of the plan and communicate status
  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 5 or more years’ experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders.
  • 5 or more years’ experience with developing plans and supporting employee related activities and initiatives (all manager meetings; all-team meetings, employee survey action plans etc.).
  • 5 or more years’ of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
  • 5 or more years’ of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications (outlook, power point, excel, word).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3 or more years’ experience working directly with executives or senior leaders.
  • 3 or more years’ experience with developing of executive level presentations.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or higher
