777 is seeking an Entry level Manufacturing Operations Analyst to support the Workforce Integration team. They will work closely with Manufacturing Operation leadership, other analysts and various cross functional teams support 777 Staffing.

The selected candidate will partner with the MBU Staffing focals and managers:

•Liaison across multiple functions and programs

•Analyze various data and provide feedback

•Create daily staffing reports for senior management

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or typically 2 or more years' related work experience

• 1+ years’ experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing industry.
• 1+ years’ experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Experience in Workforce and staffing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Power Point, Project, Outlook and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 1+ years’ experience with the Boeing Production System.
• 1 year in Project management experience desired

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.)
