Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Senior Procurement Analyst - Chief of Staff in Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads and oversees the development and deployment of process management plans and activities for direct support to the Director of the Materials and Standards Organization.

  • Establishes strategy for new processes and tools related to the design, planning and deployment of enterprise-wide projects/programs.

  • Oversees efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues related to processes, programs, projects and procurement transactions.

  • Provides guidance on export issues and material transfers.

  • Leads and oversees procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

This position is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Everett, WA

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 7+ years of work experience working with Supplier Management, Quality, Manufacturing, Business Operations or Supplier Quality

  • 7+ years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations

  • 7+ years of experience with Project Management processes

  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office suite applications.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 7+ years of experience in Procurement Data Analysis.

  • 7+ years of experience with Tableau or similar data analytics tools.

  • 7+ years of experience implementing continuous process improvement, lean processes, and employee involvement and engagement strategies in a manufacturing environment.

Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 15 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Summary pay range: $127,500-$175,500
