The Boeing Company is looking for a highly skilled Senior Aircraft Maintenance & Modification Operations Project Management Analyst to join a dynamic team of modification technicians and tool room/production specialists in the performance of EA-18G modifications and upgrades at Whidbey Island, WA. primarily focused on the utilization of Industrial Engineering (IE) and project management skills and principles to develop plans, lead and direct projects including feasibility, constraints, processes, schedule, cost and risks. Position is located in NAS Whidbey Island, WA.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supports the development of manufacturing plans and schedules leveraging released technical data.

  • Coordinates with affected organization regarding impact to the company and product deliveries.

  • Identifies long lead parts and activities, special tooling and technology changes.

  • Analyzes data to make recommendations that drive decisions for projects or processes.

  • Supports business unit level operating plans.

  • Provides analysis of production rates and production development initiatives.

  • Participates on cross-functional teams and identifies producibility issues to maximize efficiency.

  • This role will provide the opportunity to be part of a highly motivated and evolving team of likeminded professionals within the Global Technical Operations and Field Operations Team, delivering an integrated standardized approach to business and program planning to plan, prepare, propose, and execute contractual requirements.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience interacting with US government customers at the operational level

  • 1+ years of experience with standard project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and Project Server

  • Ability to travel to domestically and/or internationally on short notice

  • 5+ years of experience interfacing with aircraft production, modification, and/or retrofit teams

  • 5+ years of experience direct experience performing in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, business support services, program management, project management or business operations role

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
