We are seeking a dynamic Equipment Services Manager (Level K) to join our Manufacturing, Operations, Support and Logistics (MOS&L) team within BCA located in Renton, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads equipment services employee activities including site and production equipment maintenance, analysis, project administration, engineering coordination & value stream collaboration

  • Develops and completes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, business partners and employees

  • Provides guidance and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

  • Manages, develops and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience supervising or leading production equipment or maintenance functions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, and leading teams

  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience driving improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, innovation, and people

  • 5+ years of experience building and maintaining professional relationships

  • Culture-oriented leadership experience

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Shift:

This position is primarily for 2nd or 3rd shift, and may vary based on business needs.
