We are seeking a Facilities Multi-Services Manager in Everett, WA, primarily focused on Factory Services. Our Everett Facilities & Asset Management organization is responsible for activities within the facilities occupation including planning, analysis, project administration, property administration, provisioning, engineering, construction, Factory Services and plant & equipment maintenance.

This role will be primarily 2nd shift, but may move to another shift in the future based on business needs. 2nd shift is 4:00 PM PT - 12:30 AM PT, Monday through Friday. As needed, you may be required to work off shift, weekends and holidays in support of the facilities work statement.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops and completes project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

  • Acquires resources for projects and processes provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

  • Responsible for emergent support and planned maintenance of site infrastructure assets

  • Develops and manages relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, business partners, and employees

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes

  • Participates in equipment make/buy decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliers

  • Manages, develops, and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work in Everett, WA.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion

  • 1+ year of experience teaching, coaching and developing others

  • Willingness to work any shift necessary due to business requirements, include nights, weekends, holidays

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities operations or facilities management

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or factory support environment

  • 1+ year of experience using Maximo or other Computerized Maintenance Software Systems

  • Experience developing and implementing technical, operational or quality strategies (Ex: achieving industry top quartile standards & 7x24 operational excellence)

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
