The F/A-18E/F Mission Systems Integration and Analysis team has exciting opportunities for Entry-Level Integration Test Engineers to join the Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO. These individuals will be working on the latest avionics and sensors for the Super Hornet fleet.

Applicants must have good communication, analytical, and organizational skills and enjoy working in a team environment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assists with the development and documentation of moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
• Develops or modifies basic hardware and software designs based on defined requirements.
• Performs system tests to verify operational and functional requirements.
• Assists in monitoring suppliers' performance to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Supports resolution of product integration issues and production anomalies.
• Researches basic technologies for potential application to company business needs.

This position is expected to be hybrid, onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite 3-5 days/week at the Berkeley, MO location

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.  An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience): 

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry by June 2022
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):  

• Have or Held an active U.S. Security Clearance in the past 24 months
• Experience in developing solutions to a wide range of complex technical problems, requiring ingenuity and innovation
• Experience in independently learning new knowledge and skills to grow person ally and professional capability
• Experience in leading project teams to meet project objectives and deliverables
• Experience with engineering tools and processes for requirements development, configuration management and military avionics  
• Appreciate curiosity, diversity and positivity
• Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases
• Strong oral and written communications skills

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard
