The Boeing Company and The Ground and Training Systems Test Team is currently looking for an Experienced Systems Engineering Support Analyst to join their team in Oklahoma City, OK. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization. In this role, the successful candidate will contribute to the verification and acceptance testing efforts for multiple programs in support of ASC2, B-52, and KC46.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Represent Ground Systems SEIT in Program meetings for multiple platforms and programs.

  • Maintain updated Earned Value Management status and deliverables for all supported contracts.

  • Develop and manage Work Packages for new and existing contracts, and represent SEIT through program stand-up activities.

  • Monitor and manage SEIT budget usage throughout test activities.

  • Develop Basis of Estimate (BOEs) for new contract proposals.

  • Integrate SEIT with other Ground System IPTs, external IPTs, and Project Leads/Program Management to ensure proactive communication and knowledge sharing.

  • Document SEIT processes. Work with team members, leads, management to identify and realize efficiencies and standard methodologies.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years experience with engineering processes, scheduling, finance, and/or Earned Value Management

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Current Secret U.S. Security Clearance (or active within the past 24 months)

  • CAM silver medallion certified

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:
