The F-18 SLM program is seeking an Experienced Staff Analyst (Level 3) to support staffing/destaffing, productivity and quality metrics and analysis, and integration of organization reports and briefs. 

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives
  • Partners with organization leaders on long-range employee-related strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives as well as staffing changes and skill growth
  • Develops executive level briefings, including pulling from other briefings and running custom reports
  • Analyzes and summarizes data on operations execution to identify trends and issues, including team efficiency, productivity, queue time/turn time, and quality, and helps develop improvement ideas and projects
  • Leads the development and maintenance of organizational improvement project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status
  • Actively reaches across organizational, geographic, and management boundaries to achieve goals

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience using advanced features in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, and Power Point
  • 3+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects for management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience planning and executing staffing and employee development strategies
  • 3+ years of working with databases, data collection and preparation, and data interpretation
  • 1 year of experience developing presentation materials suitable for executive level management
  • Experience with project management techniques
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or higher

Typical Education/ Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)
