The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Interiors Responsibility Center (IRC) is looking for a first level Fulfillment Manager (level K) to join the tight knit Fulfillment Organization in Everett, WA.  At the IRC, we build the interior of the airplane, from stowbins to ceilings and sidewalls to monuments, crew rests and much more exciting products.

This leader will be able to see the big picture while working in a fast-paced organization. They will lead teams and communicate with all levels of stakeholders, from the shop floor to customers. They are someone who can understand the strategic aspect of the organization and can leverage their knowledge to meet supply chain management goals and customers’ expectations.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop, motivate, and integrate employee activity across multiple areas in materials management.

  • Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals.

  • Acquire resources for projects and processes, monitor progress, and lead process improvements.

  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.

  • Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.

  • Translate strategic goals into tactical actions that are understandable to the team.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams.

  • 3+ years working with Supply Chain, Fulfillment or Manufacturing.

  • 3+ years of formal/informal leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • 3+ years in a role requiring strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • 3+ years in aerospace/operations manufacturing management.

  • 3+ years in Lean Manufacturing and/or the Boeing Production System.

  • Business knowledge, leadership and people skills to inspire a safe work environment

Relocation:

Summary pay range: $107,950 – $148,950
