Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking an Entry into Service (EIS) Regional Director in Renton, Washington! The EIS Program Manager is a senior level position that leads the service ready activities for commercial airplane customers that are receiving new model aircraft. Successful candidates will have demonstrated their program management skills, excellent customer service, communication and work with minimal direction in a highly complex environment.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Renton.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Interacts directly with airplane customers, and have responsibility for ensuring our commercial airplane customers are ready to take delivery of new airplanes and have a successful launch of revenue service.
  • Works across multiple business units, develops plans, monitors status, communicates and tracks the contractual entitlements, and manages issues and risks.
  • Supports the Commercial Sales teams in active campaigns by providing knowledge of approved EIS contractual entitlements, as well as provide guidance on entry into service considerations.
  • Develops and maintain relationships and partnerships with airline customers, internal stakeholders (including Airplane selling teams, Services selling teams, Customer Support, Boeing Global Services, etc.), peers and partners.
  • Leads projects that support continuous improvement of business processes and tools.
  • Represent the Entry into Service team on key programs, or initiatives.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must have ability to travel domestically as well as internationally

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Master’s degree
  • Experience supporting airline customers
  • Program management experience
  • Familiar with airline industry data sources

Typical Education/Experience: 
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).
