The Boeing Company’s Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) organization is currently seeking a Senior Staffing Analyst to join their virtual team!

This role will be heavily metrics driven and support GTA with staffing reports and updates. The ideal candidate will have strong time management and organizational skills to support independent work and team collaboration.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to derive strategic actionable intelligence resulting in impactful decisions

  • Lead and facilitate efforts to identify and execute improvement strategies focused on the team’s priorities

  • Track weekly and monthly Staffing updates

  • Partner closely with Candidate Experience Specialist and Talent Advisors to capture additional demand

  • Track and maintain data for all new hire events by GTA

  • Prepare spreadsheets and presentations based on our staffing needs and forecasting

  • Provide data for management review and tracking performance to plan

  • Develop, coordinate and assess architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings

  • Conduct research and analyzes data from multiple sources

  • Develop and mentor peers

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Seattle, Washington.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in creating complex spreadsheets (e.g. creating Pivot Tables in Microsoft Excel)

  • 5+ years of experience using Excel to perform data analysis

  • 5+ years of experience with data analytics and statistics

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Tableau, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in a role that required Project Management skills

  • Experience building positive relationships with business partners

  • 5+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to Senior Leaders

  • Experience creating dashboards with Tableau and creating metrics that matter

  • Experience working in a Human Resources (HR) organization

Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience.  Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $73,710 - $136,890
