Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), 737 Digital Strategy organization is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst (level 4) to join the team in Renton, WA. The ideal candidate will support a digital strategy to make our production system more effective and to reduce burden throughout the value steam.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Product Owner for one or more digital products.

  • Works with the appropriate process owners to understand the current state and define the future state.

  • Acts as a liaison between the program and the designers/develops of the product.

  • Investigates current business processes/policies to ensure proper integration.

  • Builds implementation plan and helps lead implementation upon the completion of product.

  • Forms and effectively leads cross-functional teams across multiple business processes.

  • Effectively contracts with customer and/or charters project, designs a process workshop based on customer requirements and objectives.

  • Collects, analyzes, documents, and integrates requirements from multiple process owners.

  • Prepares work estimates for assigned tasks using cost benefit analysis.

  • Conducts business requirements review, coordinates testing schedules, and assists in the preparation of test scripts.

  • Communicates with information technology organizations to represent customers and functional users on project requirements, activities, and status.

  • Serves as liaison to resolve business requirement issues between customer and information technology representatives.

  • Demonstrates basic knowledge and use of Project Management and/or Program Management Best Practices tools necessary to assist clients working through the life cycle of an improvement project.

Work Authorization:

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint etc.

  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) development.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving experience to identify critical activities and tasks within work groups.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience collecting, assessing, organizing information; summarizing findings and develop conclusions and recommendations.

  • Experience working in an Agile software development methodology environment.

  • Strong coordination and collaboration skills.

  • Experience with Requirements gathering.

  • Willingness and ability to learn manufacturing and program business logic.

  • Basic project management skills.

  • Presentation.

  • Proactive engagement (verbal vs. email).

  • Value proposition.

  • Generation.

  • Basic knowledge of  SQL.

  • Experience or knowledge of Tableau or similar data analysis tool.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
