Boeing is looking for a Senior Business Integration Specialist. In this position, you will be a part of Boeing’s internal safety & quality employee reporting team, Speak Up. This job will be based out of Auburn, Washington, Bellevue, Washington, Everett, Washington, Kent, Washington, Renton, Washington, Seattle, Washington, and Tacoma, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of active reports (projects)
  • Conduct follow up with responsible report leads/managers ensuring timely and effective analysis, investigation, mitigation and closure
  • Leverage knowledge of the business to coordinate and collaborate across organizations and functions; support and collaborate across reporting & investigative functions
  • Triage, assess and oversee the management of cases and coordinate joint investigations (e.g. partnership with Corporate Investigations and/or Law)
  • Guide and recommend escalation as required to ensure adequate leadership visibility and accountability, and cross-enterprise engagement
  • Ensure effective closed-loop communication with reporter and with partner functions such as Ethics, Corporate Investigations, Law, and EHS.
  • Provide independent process oversight and support
  • Support the business teams as needed with fact-finding, investigation, and safety review preparations
  • Coordinate independent investigations as needed for concerns regarding high hazard/risk or requiring enterprise-level coordination
  • Ensure standard data collection in the Aviation Safety Action Tracking System (ASATS)
  • Perform foundational data analysis including trending, compile reports and present findings and recommendations based on your analysis.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience collaborating across functions and organizations
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing data, performing trend analysis, and compiling reports
  • 5+ years of experience leading various problem solving methods (i.e. Root Cause Analysis, Boeing Problems Solving Model (BPSM), 5 Whys, or other assessment, audit and investigative models).
  • 2+ years of experience preparing for and supporting senior level leadership reviews

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience with safety management systems and/or quality management systems
  • Experience in Project Management

Typical Education/Experience: 
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
