The Boeing Company’s Enterprise Production System Engineering project based Solutions Group (EPSE) is looking for a Senior Staff Analyst to join their team in Washington. This position could be based out of Everett, WA; Bellevue, WA; Renton, WA; Seattle, WA or SeaTac, WA.    

A successful candidate will be able to assist project leaders by providing project assistance including but not limited to scheduling, planning, analysis, data entry, and report preparation.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support EPSE Strategy and Integration organization, including management system logistics, facilitation, commitment and action logs

  • Create and facilitate executive presentations

  • Lead the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives

  • Review and evaluate strategic organizational issues and identify implementation recommendations

  • Provide continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture

  • Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarizes findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources

  • Develop executive level briefings

  • Lead the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events

  • Lead the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget

  • Monitor and track execution of the plan and communicates status

  • Plan and coordinate organizational facility requirements

  • Lead the development and deployment of training content

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training

  • Anticipate and respond to needs and demands of business partners and organizations with a service excellence mindset

  • Support projects as directed by team project leaders and manager

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • 5+ years of facilitation experience

  • 5+ years’ of experience in a Staff Analyst role

  • 5+ years of experience creatively solving problems and generating alternatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or higher

  • Experience working as a staff analyst on an airplane program or government contract

  • Experience communicating at the Senior Executive Level

  • 3 or more years’ experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams

  • 5+ years of experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
