Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for an Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst (level 4) to support 767 Program, based out of Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers;

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria;

  • Analyzes and interprets data;

  • Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk;

  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives;

  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans;

  • Works under minimal direction.
     

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years’ data analytics experience;

  • 3+ years’ experience using Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint;

  • 3+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment;

  • 3+ years’ experience analyzing and documenting systems, applications and processes;

  • 3+ years’ experience developing solutions to a wide range of complex technical problems, requiring ingenuity and innovation;

  • 3+ years’ experience in project management.
     

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years’ experience communicating both written and verbal status to senior leadership;

  • Prior experience presenting to multiple levels of an organization;

  • 5+ years’ experience using Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint;

  • 3+ years’ experience implementing strategies and plans under general direction;

  • High learning agility, problem solving, creative and analytical thinking;

  • 5+ years’ experience in project management.

Typical Education/Experience: 
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
