The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Facilities Analyst based out of Ridley Park, PA or Seattle, WA. This role will support the F&AM enterprise maintenance transformation in: Establishing Maintenance Center of Excellence Establishing standardized processes, and driving process improvement
Position Responsibilities: Defines methodology for data collection from various systems to perform analysis Analyzes trend data to identify opportunities for improvement Using ingenuity and innovation, identifies and creates solutions to complex problems Leads studies and research efforts using varied media (such as financial data, internet, reports, benchmarking studies, new technology, etc.) for determining feasibility, viability, or capability in support of a program, project or business partner request Prepares and presents reports with options and recommendations that may have regional impact Monitor projects to determine compliance Interacts with business partners, internal & external teams Facilitates team relationships to ensure a thorough understanding of the organization’s needs and requirements and the continuous improvement of processes Serves as a consultant to management Exercises latitude in addressing issues. May generate project plans, acquire materials, and schedule services for facilities activities Initiates and leads regional or site cross-functional teams to create and validate processes. Defines, designs, and plans the project Proactively assist and coordinates and research within specific area of expertise or pertaining to a broad area of experience and knowledge Provides support and assistance for various facilities processes Delivers process or project training. Supports curriculum development and creation of training materials Coordinates with internal training organizations and outside supplier as applicable Performs problem resolution in support of business operations by investigating, developing and preparing alternatives, impact statements, and recommendations Conducts studies and makes recommendations for long-range plans and for current operations to support all levels of management Supports development of budget and long-range business plans Creates and deploys schedules based on system, customer, and regulatory requirements May generate plans, acquire materials, and schedule services for facilities activities Leads efforts to review, create, improve, and document system processes and procedures which may include integration with multiple disciplines or organization
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. Our team currently works a hybrid schedule, both working from home and on-site as needed. The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Experience working in the areas of training coordination, faculty management, and/or facilities management Experience partnering and working with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives Experience using professional oral and written communication skills to achieve deliverables
Typical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
