The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Technical Data Designer at the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma location. In this position you will be utilizing your technical, software and hardware skills to define the procedures and configuring weapon systems.

Leads in the development of publication elements within a system specialty or workgroup. Develops all publication elements for all levels of maintenance for a new or fielded major equipment system. Develops data mining techniques for workgroup use. Monitors performance to project plans and budgets and takes action to meet projects objectives. Leads customer technical and program reviews and resolves identified discrepancies.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops all publication elements for all levels of maintenance for a new or fielded aircraft weapons or multiple sub systems.
  • Collects, researches and analyzes source data.
  • Identifies source data inaccuracies and takes corrective action.
  • Develops technical publication project plan, budget and baseline schedules.
  • Conducts peer reviews of completed publication elements.
  • Participates in or conducts customer technical and program reviews.

This is a hybrid position that allows some telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in the aircraft weapons field
  • Experience in weapon system integration
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Weapons Loading Experience

Typical Education/ Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
