Boeing is currently seeking a Senior Strategist-Total Rewards Employee Experience to join their Global Benefits Team.

This position will work across all disciplines of global Human Resources (HR) as well as some other functions to maintain a fresh experience for Boeing employees to navigate them through finding the relevant compensation, incentive and benefits information.

A successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to form relationships throughout the enterprise. 


Position Responsibilities:

  • Identify or develop an innovative, personalized Total Rewards employee experience

  • Ensure there is a sound strategy in place to collect employee and HR feedback and translate those insights into opportunities and action

  • Develop the global strategy for lifestyle benefits and the discount program

  • Responsible for the Boeing Total Rewards global employee experience and Total Rewards Portal strategy

  • Lead the strategy for lifestyle benefits and the discount program

  • Act as a change agent for Boeing Total Rewards to help employees navigate their programs smoothly

  • Partner with subject matter experts in all Boeing compensation and benefits programs and understand the complex global employee structures

  • Look to best practices for employee experience and benchmarking to ensure the right focus to identify and strategically plan to get feedback from employees and HR partners

  • Develop and/or identify new technology solutions that integrate the Total Rewards employee experience across all Total Rewards disciplines and reduces redundancy of Total Rewards information across various platforms/websites

  • Work with applicable delivery partners and vendors to ensure alignment on employee experience and communication

  • Recommend and provide rationale for employee experience changes

  • Lead Total Rewards projects focused on employee experience

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Chicago, Illinois.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of global employee benefits and HR experience

  • 5+ years of experience administering HR programs, policies, practices and processes

  • 5+ years of experience with systematic problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 5+ years of experience with processes analysis, processes development, and process improvement

  • 5+ years of experience developing and leading business strategy

Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 15 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience.  Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $96,390 - $179,010
