Boeing’s Total Rewards Financial Benefits team is currently seeking an Experienced Equity and Compensation Analyst to join our growing team.  This role can be based in Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; Mesa, AZ; Hazelwood, MO; Arlington, VA; Seattle, WA; Renton, WA or Everett, WA.

This hands-on individual contributor role will primarily work in stock plan administration and also assist on Compensation projects.   

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the equity administration of stock programs to over 86,000 employees and executives

  • Coordinate with executive compensation partners to set up new stock plan requirements and upload grants in stock plan services platform (Fidelity)

  • Collaborate with HR Generalists, employees, and customer-facing groups to explain complex equity programs

  • Answer employee questions, troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding equity awards, and provide top-notch customer service

  • Utilize stock plan services platform to build and leverage complex reports conveying relevant data for each equity program

  • Administer equity grant and vesting process

  • Comprehend the pertinent processes and timelines to ensure seamless execution

  • Perform daily data validations and approve grant distribution for qualified employees

  • Support year-end compensation planning and compensation projects and initiatives

  • Partner with internal and external partners, including Payroll, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Vendors and Consultants to execute assigned compensation strategy and programs seamlessly

  • Respond to inquiries relevant to assigned programs and processes

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in the development, communication, facilitation, or support of compensation or rewards programs

  • 3+ years of experience with the Workday HR Management System

  • 3+ years of experience using Excel to perform data analysis

  • 3+ years of experience in Compensation processes

  • 3+ years of experience partnering with business leaders and strategy leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related subject

  • 3+ years of experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment

  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented

  • Experience with equity taxation and compliance

  • Experience with Fidelity PSW equity administration system

  • Experience in stock/equity plan administration

  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Typical Education & Experience:

Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience.  Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $63,000 - $117,910
