Boeing’s Total Rewards Financial Benefits team is currently seeking an Equity and Compensation Senior Analyst to join our growing team.  This role can be based in Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; Mesa, AZ; Hazelwood, MO; Arlington, VA; Seattle, WA; Renton, WA or Everett, WA.

This hands-on individual contributor role will primarily work in stock plan administration and also assist on Compensation projects.   

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the equity administration of stock programs to over 86,000 employees and executives

  • Comprehend the pertinent policies, processes and timelines to ensure seamless execution

  • Coordinate with executive compensation partners to set up new stock plan requirements and upload grants in stock plan services platform (Fidelity)

  • Serve as a ready resource to Human Resources (HR) on equity compensation related inquiries

  • Assist with escalated issues and able to explain complex equity programs to both internal and external

  • Maintain Equity process playbook, continuously review and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, minimize risk and stream line processes

  • Maintain equity administration calendar and tracking log

  • Take lead role to ensure compliance on equity-related financial transactions

  • Complete and assist with Global Compliance Filings and Reporting including China Regulatory Tax Filings, Malaysia Tax, India PBRSU/RSU cash payment processing

  • Partner with internal and external partners, including Payroll, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Vendors and Consultants to execute assigned compensation strategy and programs

  • Lead the implementation of our , including on consulting on plan design, systems integration and program communication

  • Act as facilitator of proposed solutions and as integrator of all processes, tools and solutions

  • Liaise with Fidelity to create custom reports

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in stock and/or equity plan administration

  • 5+ years of experience using Excel to perform data analysis

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation processes

  • 5+ years of experience partnering with business leaders and strategy leaders

  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related subject

  • 3+ years of experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment

  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented

  • Experience with equity taxation and compliance

  • Experience with Fidelity PSW equity administration system

Typical Education & Experience:

Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience.  Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $77,490 - $143,910
