The Boeing Company is seeking an Enterprise Employee Onboarding Content and Communications Staffing Specialist to join our team in Hazelwood or Berkeley, Missouri.

The selected candidate will work well with people across organizations with varying backgrounds and experience to gather information, make decisions/recommendations and drive improvements.

The Content and Communication Staffing Specialist is a core member of the Onboarding team and demonstrates extraordinary drive, creativity and initiative. The goal is to build world class employee onboarding from the employee experience to the ease of information so managers can be prepared for their new employee. Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an annual communication plan

  • Develop and maintain engaging content for:

    • Onboarding Specialist Training

    • New Employee Orientation Materials

    • New Employee Website

    • Knowledge Articles

    • Stakeholder Communication

  • Manage Stakeholder Communication

    • External Pre-Hires

    • Internal Employees

    • Hiring Managers

    • Recruiters

    • HR Leaders

  • Ensure team compliance with Boeing policies, procedures and requirements as it pertains to communication, branding, external communication and onboarding

  • Become familiar with current team processes and continuously looks to make improvements in partnership with the broader team

  • Leverage company resources to work efficiently, by developing a general understanding of Boeing information available and building a professional network

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in planning and execution of large events

  • 3+ years of experience applying verbal and written communication skills including spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style, proof reading and editing skills

  • 3+ years of experience developing and delivering training materials

  • 3+ years of experience developing communication plans including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and key message development

  • Experience developing the visual design, branding and data visualizations to produce modern, compelling products

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

  • Experience with new hire orientation

Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience.  Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $61,110 - $113,490
