We are currently seeking an Mid-Level Facilities and Asset Analyst to join our team in Everett, Washington.

This is a great opportunity to support one of the largest manufacturing buildings in the world and The Boeing Company.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist the executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies based on their schedules

• Determine key performance indicators and how to measure team performance

• Gate-keeping and monitor the flow of multi-platform communications and requirements

• Use key performance measures to find areas of improvement for efficiency and provide their recommendations

• Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions

• Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication

• Ensures that configuration control is maintained for data, processes, equipment, and documents

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience in Asset Management

• 3+ years of experience in Facilities Management

• 3+ years of experience using the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• 3+ years of experience with data analysis and/or data mining data mining

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with the following tools and technologies: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Nifi, Relational SQL and

• Experience coordinating the operational aspects of ongoing projects, and serving as liaison between project and team, finance, planning, scheduling and management

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)
