The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior F-15 Mission Systems Integration Radar Engineer (Level 4) to join the F-15 Mission Systems Team located in Saint Louis, MO. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with the development and documentation of electronic and electrical system requirements for the F-15 Program as part of a cross-functional agile team for the Mission Systems organization for the USAF and Foreign Programs. Mission Systems is responsible for the design, development, and testing of avionics and mission software on the F-15C, F-15E, and F-15EX.

As an Radar Integrator on the F-15 program you will:

  • Work with USAF customers, Radar Integrated Product Team (IPT) and Radar supplier to develop and document software requirements

  • Analyze and translates requirements into system, hardware and software designs and interface specifications for the APG-63 and APG-82

  • Tests and validates to ensure Radar system designs meet operational and functional requirements

  • Solve problems concerning and providing other support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product life cycle

  • Support resolution of product integration issues and production and flight test anomalies

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Export Control:

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.  An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post-start is required.

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry

Preferred (Desired) Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry

  • Experience with Radar Systems

  • Experience with design and analysis of basic Electronic/Electrical Systems

  • Concentration in Electrical Engineering preferred

  • Experience with DOORS (or other requirements management tools)

  • Experience with ClearQuest

  • Experience navigating Interface Control Documents (ICD’s)

  • Experience with data analysis of system data

  • Experience with Test Driven Development

  • Experience working on an agile team and using Jira

Typical Education:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g.
Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7
years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
