We are currently seeking an Associate Facilities and Asset Analyst to join our team in Everett, Washington.

This is a great opportunity to support one of the largest manufacturing buildings in the world and The Boeing Company.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist the executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies based on their schedules

  • Determine key performance indicators and how to measure team performance

  • Gate-keeping and monitor the flow of multi-platform communications and requirements

  • Use key performance measures to find areas of improvement for efficiency and provide their recommendations

  • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions

  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication

  • Ensures that configuration control is maintained for data, processes, equipment, and documents

  • Excellent communication skills including strong oral and presentation

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple customers such as executives, managers, and staff members

  • 3+ years of experience providing services to customers

  • 3+ years of experience using the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with the following tools and technologies: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Nifi, Relational SQL and NoSQL databases 

  • Experience in project management developing, communicating and implementing key strategic and operational initiatives

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.)

Relocation:
