Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization is currently looking for Business Intelligence Analysts (Level 3) to join the BGS Digital Operations Office. The Digital Operations Office is committed to bringing more agility and efficiency to our customers than ever before. We provide industry leading digital solutions to executive leadership that allows for real time decision making.

A successful candidate will lead in designing complex Business Intelligence information models, dashboards, metrics and reports using standard technologies and methodologies that meet business objectives. Candidate will combine programming, SQL skills, standard methodologies and business expertise to deliver efficient and scalable Business Intelligence solutions to improve business productivity and business outcomes.

Position Responsibilities

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Combines standard methodologies and business expertise to deliver efficient and scalable Business Intelligence solutions to improve business productivity and business outcomes

• Data Exploration / Data Analysis: Analyze large data sets for metric development / trend analysis

• Data Wrangling: Extract, transform and load various data sets from various sources using SQL

• Tableau Developer: Develop multiple Tableau interactive metrics and dashboards

• Business Analyst: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements to support metric and dashboard development

• Project Management: Leads product team to identify business objectives, data exploration and develop evaluation methods to support decision making

This is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

• 3+ years' of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Cognos

• 3+ years' of experience working with SQL databases and writing SQL scripts

• 3+ years' of experience working with databases and interpreting data

• 3+ years' of experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects

• 3+ years' of experience working in an environment with competing and changing priorities

• 3+ years' of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

• Experience with Agile development practices and delivering iterative value

• Experience with Jira, ADO or similar Agile project management tools

• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to details

• Other essential qualities for this candidate are a positive demeanor, self-motivated and adaptable to a function effectively in a fast-pasted, demanding environment

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:
