The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Manager - Government Services Strategic Analysis and Integration out of Hazelwood, MO, in a virtual capacity.

We have an exciting leadership opportunity in the BGS Government Services Strategy team. This team is responsible for defining and accelerating the top strategic priorities for a multi-billion-dollar global enterprise in the aerospace & defense aftermarket. The team supports US Government Services, International Government & Defense, and Global Tech Operations while coordinating closely with our Commercial Services and Boeing Defense, Space & Security colleagues.

The Opportunity

The team is responsible for developing strategic plans, anticipating opportunities and risks, and prioritizing initiatives and investments in partnership with BGS senior leaders and executive teams, and much more.

Position Responsibilities:

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Hazelwood, MO; however, regular travel to Hazelwood, MO,  Plano, TX, and Arlington, VA will be required.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 5+ years of experience performing strategy work (e.g. market or competitive research and analysis, strategy development, and facilitating strategic decisions)

  • Experience managing or leading people or teams

  • 2+ years experience in commercial and/or defense aftermarket aviation services

  • Ability to travel to support business and team requirements (approximately 15%-25%)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Masters of Business Administration

  • Expert level familiarity in aerospace & defense aftermarket services

  • Knowledge of various business functions including Supply Chain, Digital Solutions, training, and/or engineering

Colorado summary pay range: Min: 144,000 – Max: 257,000
